Christmas Chocolate Mascarpone Roll (35×35 cm)
Baking:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Sponge Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 110 g 00 flour
- 30 g bitter cocoa
- 8 g baking powder
Cream:
- 250 g sweetened whipping cream
- 250 g mascarpone
- 100 g dark chocolate flakes
Decoration:
- powdered sugar
- raspberries
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
